Do we do art for other animals besides dogs?
No, we currently only offer art with dogs. We may add additional options in the future, but for now dogs are the focus.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
We will offer refunds if we can't get a photo from you of your dog that will work for your selected art style. We will do our best to work with you to ensure we get a good photo, but the quality of the art is only as good as the images you give us. We aim to keep our products the highest quality, so if we think the photos you have to offer aren't going to work we will cancel the transaction and refund your purchase.
If our art has a clear defect that you can document and email proof of then we will offer a refund.
If your product is damaged in shipment we will contact the printer/shipper to send you a new canvas that is undamaged. It will be replaced not refunded unless there is an unresolvable issue with the printer/shipper, in which case a refund may then be offered.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
We only ship to the Contiguous United States but we are working to expand shipping to include Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.
What if I don't have a picture of my dog?
You can always take new photos with a good camera, but even a good quality image with nice lighting from a cell phone camera can be sufficient.
Do you have any tips for getting photos that work?
Yes!
1) Use a decent camera or good quality cell phone camera.
2) No harsh lighting. Harsh lighting makes it hard or even impossible to make your dog image match with the art.
3) Make sure the dog is completely in focus and there are no soft focus edges on some parts of the dog while other areas are sharp and clear.
4) No obstructions to the visibility of your dog should be present.
